This delicately pale pink wine has aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and a hint of white petals. The lightly rounded palate is perfectly balanced with good intensity, vibrant acidity, and a subtle herbal edge. The long finish leaves a lingering character of red berries and cream. The grapes used for the Winton Road Rosé are carefully harvested from vineyards around the Barossa. The time on skins is limited to create a delicate blush colour with the vinification taking place in stainless steel to retain freshness and increase aromatics. A short period on lees is used to build texture and increase complexity in the final wine.
